According to the agreement, Surrey-based Bytes Software Services (Bytes) will resell all of VirtualSharp’s software products to its customers-base of medium and large organisations looking for a reliable disaster recovery technology to help them achieve the Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO) targets necessary to maintain availability in today’s virtual datacentres.

Adam Thornton, Sales Manager at Bytes, said, “VirtualSharp’s ReliableDR technology is highly complementary to our existing portfolio as it fits in with our virtualisation proposition to mid-market and enterprise businesses. It also enables us to offer our clients greater choice. Although we will primarily market VirtualSharp to UK customers, we also work with multi-national organisations providing solutions for their global offices and we see VirtualSharp’s software being of interest to these users as well.”

VirtualSharp is experiencing increasing global demand for its disaster recovery software from both enterprise and SMBs organisations and the company recently launched its V#P Partner program to further this expansion.
